Seth has worked with models and former Miss Arizona winner, Rachel Kasang, to enhance their beauty and physical appearance through his proven body sculpting techniques. As a Master Trainer, Seth has worked with NFL Pro Jamaal Williams and other athletes, pushing them beyond their limits to improve endurance and sport-specific skills so that they can dominate their competition. Through personal experience as an award-winning physique competitor, Seth has helped many overcome hurdles and provided the encouragement, nutritional meal planning, and workout regimen necessary to follow in his footsteps at the NPC physique, body-building, and bikini competitions. Growing up Stephen always enjoyed being in sports and staying active. How does TPT Program work?

The first step is to talk with one of our Transformation Coaches about your goals and if you are a good fit for our program. We can only accept 5 new clients per month so we want it to be a good fit. Then, you'll meet with us in person for your starting point consultation and assessment to determine your baseline and what you need to reach your goals. From there we'll recommend a customized plan based on your goals, preferences and lifestyle.

Our program is comprehensive—everything you need to reach your goals permanently and in a sustainable way. Fitness, Nutrition, Accountability, World Class Trainers, World Class Technology customized to your unique body.

How fast will I feel and see results?

Results may vary, depending on your compliance with our recommendation. While we can't guarantee you'll reach your goal in the first week, we can guarantee you'll feel and see tangible progress. Remember, you most likely didn't get into your current position overnight, and you won't get out of it overnight. Our results first method is a process, and one with a remarkable track record. Our singular focus is to deliver life-changing results, world-class experience and a real return on investment for every client.

What is the TPT program investment?

We offer different programs and transformational experiences. You can work with a personal trainer in person, virtually, or a combination of both. Our programs are comprehensive and tailored to your needs and goals, and all have a combination fitness, nutrition and accountability. Our free health & fitness assessment is the place to start, then we will be able to recommend a customized plan, pricing options, and help you determine the best fit for your goals, needs, and budget

What are your hours?

Our phoenix personal trainers are available Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are by appointment only and are able to accommodate outside our normal hours. Let us know your ideal schedule and we'll match you with a trainer who is available.

How long do I need to spend each day working out?

Our workouts are designed to deliver maximum results in minimum time and for most clients they actually spend less time working out than they did before. After your assessment is when your trainer will recommend how often you need to workout. With our experience we've found the minimum effective dose is 2-3 days per week for 50 minutes each.

Can I still eat good food on this meal plan?

We create a plan for you that balances effective results, enjoying your life and simplicity. This basically means YES you can still enjoy delicious food, tasty recipes and your favorite restaurants while getting results at the same time. We understand you are busy with work dinners, traveling, social events and our goal is to enhance your life, not limit it.

 If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

Yes, we can help any body type, fitness level and experience achieve their goals. Your complete program is customized to exactly where you are and will take you where you want to go safely and in record time.
